STARTERS:

  • Mushroom puff pastry pocket with salad 
  • Chicken salad on fresh lettuce with yogurt sauce
  • Fresh salad with Feta and olives
  • Spicy grilled bell pepper and tomato soup with mozzarella

MAIN COURSES:

  • Oven-baked salmon with mustard potato and steamed carrot
  • Pork in thyme marinade with champignon sauce and onion and beetroot wok
  • Grilled chicken fillet with potato croquet, stir-fried vegetables and mushroom sauce 
  • Pasta with sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms and onions

DESSERTS:

  • Kama and curd cheese mousse with berry sauce
  • Apple pie with vanilla sauce
  • Chocolate cake
  • Raspberry cake

Menu includes ice water, fresh buns and herb butter.

You may select the dishes yourself to form a three-course meal.
